Design Printing
The design is printed in layers (CMYK + white + varnish) onto a PET transfer film using a UV printer with UV-curable inks.
Adhesive Lamination
A second adhesive film is applied over the printed design to create a “sticker-like” transfer.
Transfer Process
The printed film is peeled and pressed onto the desired surface manually (no heat or machine needed).
Peeling the Film
The top film is peeled off, leaving behind a permanent, full-color graphic on the surface.
